Her career spans over 15 years across industries and disciplines— including fashion, technology, entertainment, and hospitality— with experience in both B2B and B2C environments. She has held leadership roles across agency, in-house, freelance, and executive contexts, including executive leadership within multiple publicly traded companies. That breadth now informs her ability to build ventures that are not only creative, but commercially and culturally grounded.

A storyteller at heart, Teodora brings an intuitive understanding of the true story behind ideas, products, and ventures— as well as the patterns shaping culture and the wider market.
