She is the creator and founder of THE DREAMERS (currently in soft-launch), a new creative ecosystem devoted to creating a way forward for both creatives and culture by recentering vision, originality, and creativity. The Dreamers exists to champion unique ideas and creative talent, keeping originals across disciplines and industries imagining boldly, creating from soul, and working from purpose, not survival.
Her work is grounded in over 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning fashion, technology, entertainment, hospitality, and beyond. She has moved through creative, corporate, and entrepreneurial spaces as a creative at heart, holding roles across agency, in-house, freelance, and executive contexts—including leadership roles at multiple publicly traded companies—where she guided strategy, marketing, and creative at scale. This breadth of experience now informs her ability to surface the patterns shaping both culture and the creative economy, and to translate complex, future-oriented ideas into ventures and cultural expressions that are as commercially grounded as they are creatively original.
At heart, Teodora is a storyteller. She brings an intuitive understanding of the true essence and story behind ideas and concepts, and the ability to give them form in ways that resonate, endure, and inspire. Her work bridges imagination and execution, turning unconventional concepts into meaningful and culturally resonant realities.
Across both by teodora and THE DREAMERS, her mission remains the same: to return creative capital to creators and creatives, to champion originality over imitation, and to help shape the next era of creative work and culture with integrity, vision, and soul.
Currently, she is focused is on the soft launch phase of THE DREAMERS, developing new writing projects, and exploring the future of creativity and culture through dialogue and meaningful cultural exchange.
